Are Freeze Pops (Freezies) Unhealthy?

It's pretty normal for people to associate dessert and treats with being unhealthy, and while there are some brands of freeze pops that definitely don't have health as their top priority, we are NOT one of them!

You can feel good about eating our freeze pops and even better about giving them to your kids because they taste like a treat but they're full of nutritious ingredients.

Our Ingredients:

Organic Coconut Cream - Coconut is high in fat and protein, contains small amounts of B vitamins, as well as good amounts of many important minerals like manganese which is essential for bone health and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and cholesterol. Coconut is also rich in copper and iron, which help form red blood cells, as well as selenium, an important antioxidant that protects the cells. We have an entire blog post about the health benefits of coconut if you want to learn more!

We use coconut cream in our Coconut Koala Cafe Latte & Mango Tiger Freezies

Organic Real Fruit - Fruit contains an incredible variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that promote good health, hydration and even contain healing properties.

We use organic real fruit in all of our freezies!

Organic Cane Juice - Cane juice is a completely natural sweetener made from sugar cane, because it is not processed as much as table sugar, cane juice retains more of the nutrients from the sugar cane.

We use organic cane juice in all of our freezies!

Organic Cold Brew CoffeeThe nutrient profile of coffee is actually extremely high (as long as you are drinking organic coffee), it has a high antioxidant count and there are a ton of crucial nutrients in coffee. You can read more about coffee in this blog post!
