
With cheer in the air and holiday parties a-swing, the perfect add-on to warm both adults and kids to the festivities might just be an icy treat! A blend of healthy, tasty, and oh so easy, we've collected some freezie cocktail and mocktail ideas for you to try this holiday and into the new year:
Fizzy Raspberry Lemonade
(Serving for one) (Prep. Time: 5 mins.)
1.5 oz or 45 mL Vodka or Tequila (Optional: Leave out the Vodka and Tequila)
1/4 Lemon, juiced
3/4 cups Ice
Soda Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Allow freezie to melt almost entirely. (To defrost the freezie quicker, run it quickly under some water). Combine all ingredients, excluding the soda water, into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour mixture into a glass and top it off with soda water.
To garnish, add some fresh raspberries into the drink and a slice of lemon on the rim!
MOJITO


(Serving for one) (Prep. Time: 5 mins.)
1.5 oz (45 mL) White Rum (Optional: can replace with 1 oz or 30 mL of Lime Juice)
5 Mint Leaves
3/4 cups of Ice
Soda Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Allow freezie to melt almost entirely. (To defrost the freezie quicker, run it quickly under some water) . Combine all ingredients, excluding the soda water, into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour mixture into a glass and top it off with soda water.
To garnish, salt the rim. Add a sprig of mint alongside a lime wedge on the rim for an extra pop of colour.
