As we move into the colder months, with it comes the dreaded cold and flu season. It is especially important in today's world we live in and with the current state of the pandemic that we do everything we can to ensure our bodies are functioning at their best so we can be our healthiest.

While we know that no food can cure or prevent disease all together, there are a ton of foods which do boost the immune system and promote good health.
